Star Trek Picard’s remastered Enterprise-F coming to Star Trek Online

Make it so.

Star Trek Online‘s flagship, the Enterprise-F, will be remastered in-game as a result of work done for Season 3 of Star Trek Picard.

Art Director Thomas Marrone took to the STO blog to announce the update.

“The Odyssey-class Enterprise F was totally rebuilt to the highest detail level of any Star Trek Online starship,” Marrone wrote. “It received a brand new material and a bespoke set of window visuals as well. The model was done just in time for use in Picard, and now, over a year after work began on it, we are very pleased to announce that this remastered version of the Odyssey-class Star Cruiser will soon be available in Star Trek Online.”

The remaster will go live with Star Trek Online‘s upcoming Flagship Celebration event, and is accessible through the “Odyssey” preset inside ship customisation.

The Enterprise-F was created as part of Star Trek Online‘s “Design the Next Enterprise” contest (won by Adam Ihle); the design has been tweaked over the years but has represented the Federation’s flagship all throughout the title. The design was recently canonised as part of the final season of Star Trek Picard.

Star Trek Online is currently available on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4; Star Trek Picard is available for streaming on both Paramount+ and Prime Video here in Australia.
