Star Trek Picard S01E03 ‘The End is the Beginning’ promo photos

CBS has released new promo photos for Star Trek Picard Season 1, Episode 3 (S01E03), “The End is the Beginning” and we’ve got them here for you to peruse.

The photos are spoilery — so turn away if you’d rather go into the episode fresh.

Still here? Good! The photos show quite a bit, from Picard’s ship, La Sirena, to the remainder of the new crew we’ve yet to meet. Below are stills of Santiago Cabrera as Captain Cris Rio (so it’s his ship really, not Picard’s) and a better look at Raffi Musiker on Earth. Best yet, we also get to see a flashback with Admiral Picard and Commander Musiker in Starfleet uniforms, post-Nemesis and pre-Picard itself.

Like the current Starfleet uniforms we’ve already seen in Picard, they’re rather ill-fitting, eh?

Episode 3, “The End is the Beginning”, airs on Friday, 7 February 2020 here in Australia via Amazon Prime Video. The episode’s synopsis is below:

“Completely unaware of her special nature, Soji continues her work and captures the attention of the Borg cube research project’s executive director. After rehashing past events with a reluctant Raffi, Picard seeks others willing to join his search for Bruce Maddox, including pilot and former Starfleet officer Cristóbal Rios (Santiago Cabrera).”

Star Trek: Picard is aired weekly via CBS All Access in the USA, Crave in Canada and on Amazon Prime Video elsewhere in the world.
