Star Trek Picard, Lower Decks to also air on Paramount+ in Australia

Make it so.

New episodes of both Star Trek Picard and Star Trek Lower Decks will be available on Paramount+ in addition to Prime Video here in Australia, Paramount+ has confirmed.

The news comes from TrekMovie, which states that new episodes of Picard will drop around the same time on Paramount+ locally as they do on Prime Video in regions including Australia, the UK, Italy, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Latin America. Previous seasons of Picard and Lower Decks will be available sometime this month or this year, respectively, if you need to catch up.

We’ve reached out to Paramount+ here in Australia to see if we can get some specific local information; we’ll report back as we learn more.

Update: Paramount+ has confirmed with Stevivor that Picard S3 will be released “date and day with the US,” meaning we can expect the first episode on 17 February. We’ve updated our dates/times guide accordingly.

Older seasons of Picard will also be available on Paramount+ in Australia from that same day: 17 February. There’s no word yet on when to expect Lower Decks, though previous seasons are of course immediately accessible through Prime Video.

Star Trek Picard Season 3 kicks off next week; there’s no word yet on when Lower Decks Season 4 will debut.

Star Trek Picard airs on Paramount+, Prime Video, or Crave depending on where you are in the world. Here in Australia, it can be accessed on both Paramount+ and Prime Video.
