Star Trek Online Victory is Life expansion celebrates DS9

Star Trek Online’s fourth major expansion, “Victory is Life”, was today detailed by Perfect World Entertainment.

Heading to PC in June and consoles at a later date, “Victory is Life” will celebrate Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and add the Jem’Hadar as a new playable faction. Deep Space Nine actors Quark (Armin Shimerman), Odo (René Auberjonois), Kira Nerys (Nana Visitor), Martok (J.G. Hertzler) will add their voices to the game across six new episodes.

Six other actors will also be revealed for the expansion at a later date. Any guesses, Trek fans?

“We couldn’t think of a better way of celebrating Deep Space Nine, than resurrecting the characters so many fans adored and reuniting this special cast in Star Trek Online,” said Stephen Ricossa, executive producer for Star Trek Online. “Our new expansion pays tribute to the television series that boldly explored important social issues and left a lasting impact on an entire generation of Star Trek fans.”

Star Trek: Online is currently available on Windows PC, Mac, Xbox One and PS4.
