Star Trek: Online Season 13.5 update on PC in July

Star Trek: Online will receive a mid-season update on PC next month, Perfect World yesterday confirmed.

The update, dubbed Season 13.5, will add to the current “Escalation” storyline. It adds Deep Space Nine‘s General Martok, voiced by J.G. Hertzler. Players are tasked to break the famous Klingon out of prison.

Also available is a new Ferengi Admiralty Campaign and the new Endeavor system, “which provides captains with special challenges for rewards,” Perfect World confirmed.

“Season 13.5 opens with a new featured episode called “Brushfire,” where captains are tasked with a mission from legendary Klingon General Rodek, voiced by Tony Todd,” the publisher said of the content. “He requires their assistance to break into a secret Son’a prison to extract Martok… The Alliance hopes that Martok will be the key to defeating the Tzenkethi, who continue to terrorize the galaxy with weaponized use of protomatter.”

Expect the update on Windows PC and Mac from 18 July. It will head to Xbox One and PS4 at a later date. The first part of “Escalation” is available on all platforms.

Star Trek: Online is available now on Windows PC, Mac, Xbox One and PS4.
