Star Trek Online Age of Discovery PC release date set for October

Star Trek Online Age of Discovery, an expansion-but-not that adds Star Trek: Discovery content to the popular sci-fi MMO, will kick off on PC on 9 October.

Perfect World today made the confirmation alongside a reminder Discovery‘s Mary Wiseman will feature in-game as Cadet Sylvia Tilly.

“Age of Discovery’s first chapter also introduces a brand new Discovery tutorial, two episodes, added Reputation Tiers, a new Task Force Operation and other new gameplay features,” Perfect World advised.

As per usual, the content heads to PC and Mac first and will follow on Xbox One and PS4. We’ll keep you informed when we have console launch date information.

Star Trek Online is currently available on Windows PC, Mac, Xbox One and PS4. The second season of Star Trek: Discovery is set to air here in Australia on Netflix in 2019.
