Star Trek: Discovery will now launch in late winter

The launch of Star Trek: Discovery has been bumped to later winter or early spring.

Variety reported on the delay, after confirmation from CBS’ Leslie Moonves, who said the show required “a lot of post production”.

“It’s important to get it right, and Star Trek is the family jewels,” he said.

Star Trek: Discovery has been delayed several times already. The show takes place before Star Trek: The Original Series, and will be available on Netflix here in Australia.
