Stan’s Sport package costs $10 AUD/month

And you can register for a free, limited-time 30-day trial of Stan Sport now.

Stan’s Sport package has been priced at $10 AUD per month, the Australian media streaming service has today confirmed.

“From later this week Stan customers will… start to see the Stan Sport menu item appear in their Stan app, where they will be able to pre-activate up until Stan Sport launches,” the provider said in a press release.

The speciality package will start to stream each and every game of the Super Rugby season. The matches will be ad-free and will include the Super Rugby AU, Super Rugby Aotearoa and Trans-Tasman tournaments alongside the Rugby Championship, Bledisloe Cup, Shute Shield, Hospital Cup, Currie Cup and New Zealand’s National Provincial Championship, plus Super W, Wallabies and Wallaroos test matches, SANZAAR Union home tests and more.

“As Rugby kicks off with Stan Sport, Stan will continue to deliver Australians the highest quality productions whilst maintaining great value for money,” said Stan CEO Mike Sneebly. “For the first time in Rugby’s history, fans can experience the game from its grassroots all the way to the international level, allowing a whole new generation of Australians to connect with the sport.”

Stan Sport will also offer tennis fans the chance to watch Wimbledon and Roland Garros matches later in 2021. A base Stan account is first needed to then add the Sport package.

A free, limited-time 30-day trial of the service can be activated from today, right here, though the trial itself won’t be activated until the launch of Stan Sport proper. An exact launch date was not divulged by Stan at this time.

Stan is currently available on a number of devices including smart TVs, iOS, Android, Xbox Series S & X and PS5.
