STALKER 2 confirmed for Xbox Game Pass

STALKER 2 was today confirmed at the Microsoft first-party games showcase, the sequel to the legendary open-world first-person shooter developed by the Ukrainian-based GSC Game World.

The developer is back for the sequel, scheduled for a 2021 release on Windows PC, Xbox Series X and Xbox One (at the very least). Moreover, STALKER 2 is also part of the Xbox Game Pass program, meaning subscribers gain access to the title at no additional cost.

“The award-winning PC franchise loved by millions of players is making a true next-gen console debut with S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 on Xbox Series X,” Microsoft said of the announcement. “Experience a unique blend of first-person shooter, immersive sim and horror.”

We’ll have more on STALKER 2 as it’s made available.
