Square Enix confirms Final Fantasy Type-o and Final Fantasy Agito for ANZ

Square Enix last week confirmed the Australian and New Zealand availability of both Final Fantast Type-o and Final Fantasy Agito.

Originally released in Japan in 2011 on PSP, Final Fantasy Type-o will be remastered in HD for both Xbox One and PS4. Already released in Japan, Final Fantasy Agito will get a release on iOS and Android.

“The voice of our Western fans was instrumental in the development of Final Fantasy Type-o, and we’re very excited to release this title soon,” said Hajime Tabata, director of Final Fantasy Type-o. “The new PlayStation4 system and Xbox One platforms have really helped to re-envision this dynamic and turbulent world of Orience.”

Final Fantasy Agito will be a free download on iOS and Android, but with in-game purchases.

Releases dates for either title have not yet been set.
