Spelunky 2 announced, heading to PC, PS4 first

Spelunky 2 has been announced and will first head to PS4 and PC, its creator has confirmed.

Check out the game’s new trailer, featuring a grown up protagonist, below.

He’s not only grown up, he’s got a child! Talk about newfound responsibilities…

Spelunky creator Derek Yu took to Twitter shortly after do confirm that the game will come “first” to PS4 and PC. Since the original was available on Xbox, it’s likely the sequel will be too.

A release date for Spelunky 2 has not yet been announced
