South Park: The Fractured But Whole isn’t heading to Nintendo Switch

South Park: The Fractured But Whole will not be headed to Nintendo Switch, Comedy Central today confirmed after a tweet raised fans’ hopes.

The South Park Twitter account made fun of a blizzard affecting North America, but said tweet (understandably) was misread as a Switch tease.

Comedy Central has confirmed with IGN that the tweet wasn’t about Switch at all, and the game isn’t planned for Nintendo’s newest console. The clip above was from a previous episode in which Cartman braved a blizzard in order to buy a Wii.

The oft-delayed South Park: The Fractured But Whole is expected this year on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4.
