Soulslike deck builder Death Howl out tomorrow

How's that for a release date announcement?!

Soulslike deck builder Death Howl will be available on Windows PC via Steam tomorrow, 9 December, 11 Bit Studios today announced as part of its first livestreamed showcase.

“A unique deck-builder combining soulslike elements, action-RPG exploration of eerie biomes, and tactical, grid-based combat, Death Howl is truly one-of-a-kind,” reads a press release from 11 Bit.

“Side quests lure wanderers off their path. Bosses lurk in shadow, relentless and hungry. And every card you wield shapes not just your attacks… but your destiny,” 11 Bit Studios continued.

11 Bit said the title should take most 25 hours to complete, and encompasses, “13 scarred regions across 4 unique realms, prowled by more than 30 twisted spirits, and full of 160+ cards capable of reshaping fate itself.”

If you like what you see above, you can go and grab it on Windows PC via Steam right here.

Death Howl heads to Windows PC via Steam tomorrow, 9 December, followed by a release on consoles and even Xbox Game Pass Ultimate from 19 February 2026.
