Skate Story release date set for 8 December

Mark those calendars.

The Skate Story release date has been set for 8 December across PC, PS5, and Switch 2, Devolver and Sam Eng have today revealed.

“Park-shredding solo dev powerhouse Sam Eng and face-planting publisher Devolver Digital are stoked to announce that Skate Story, a skateboarding game like no other, is dropping into PC, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch 2 on December 8,” the pair said in a press release.

“Ollie, kickflip, and grind your way through the ash and smoke of the Underworld as you take on a seemingly impossible quest. Skate fast to destroy demons and save other tortured souls on your journey from a fragile beginner to a hardened skater.”

We’re sure a whole hell of you are certainly excited (as are we!).

“Skate through nine layers of the Underworld. Journey through streets and surreal landscapes full of waxed ledges, unholy gaps, and tortured demons,” continued the press release.

“Cruise through the Underworld to a psychedelic soundtrack by enigmatic New York artist Blood Cultures, with additional tracks by John Fio.”

Expect Skate Story from 8 December on Windows PC, PS5, and Switch 2.
