Silent Hill 2 Xbox release now available, and discounted

Grab it now if you've been waiting.

A Silent Hill 2 Xbox release was a surprise at today’s Xbox Partner Preview, and best of all, it’s available now and at a discount!

You can head to the Microsoft Store page to take advantage of the discount; Silent Hill 2 on Xbox Series S & X is currently $49.97 AUD rather than its regular price of $99.94 AUD.

The title was released last October on Windows PC and PS5.

“Bloober Team may have disappointed some with the likes of Layers of Fear 2 or even The Medium, but it has certainly succeeded with Silent Hill 2,” I wrote at the time.

“It’s close enough to the source material for fans, yet modern enough for those who have not played it before. It’s a great way to honour the 2001 original.”

Silent Hill 2 is now available on Windows PC, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, and PS5.
