Shin Megami Tensei 5 Vengeance release date moves up

You'll be able to play a little earlier than you thought.

The Shin Megami Tensei 5 Vengeance release date has been brought ahead, meaning players can start a little earlier in June 2024.

Originally scheduled for a 21 June release, the title is now expected a week earlier on 14 June 2024 here in Australia.

“The latest title in the series, Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance allows players to enjoy the story of Shin Megami Tensei V in its entirety as well as a wholly new story path,” Atlus said in a press release.

“The game is fully evolved with stunning visuals tailored to modern consoles and new areas, demons and music to support an improved battle system, providing a smoother and richer RPG set amidst a war between demons and angels,” Atlus continued.

A reason for the earlier release date was not provided by Atlus.

Shin Megami Tensei 5 Vengeance now heads to Windows PC via Steam, Xbox One, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, PS4, PS5, and Switch on 14 June 2024.
