The crew of Lame Game Marathon 4 have confirmed several games that will be suffered through played as part of the charity event for UNICEF.
With less than two weeks to go, we really don’t feel sorry for the boys. It’s all for a good cause, right?
Games confirmed for the event include Duke Nukem Forever on PC, Beverly Hills Cop: The Game on PS2, Batman Forever on SNES, Mario is Missing on PC and Takeshi’s Challenge on NES. Moreover, the team has announced that if $10,000 AUD is raised they’ll stop whatever they’re doing and play Superman 64.
Last year, the Lame Game crew raised $7,800 for UNICEF. Those monies were put to use to aid underprivileged children around the globe. As you’d expect, the aim is to beat last year’s donations — those who wish donate to the cause ahead of time can do so here.
News Editor Leo Stevenson and Podcast Producer Shane Wall are heavily involved with the Lame Game Marathon. Editor Steve Wright might appear on this year’s stream for an hour or two, but he hardly has to do any work for the event otherwise. In fact, he insists upon having to do as little as possible.
