Second Monster Hunter Rise demo coming this week

Get ready to hunt.

A second Monster Hunter Rise demo will head to Switch later this week, Capcom today confirmed.

The demo will be available in Australia from 13 March, offering “e a higher difficulty hunt against the flagship monster Magnamalo for seasoned hunters, in addition to the four quests available in the January demo,” Capcom advised.

Those who played the first Monster Hunter Rise demo will find their quest counter has been reset, so they’ll be able to play January’s content again.

Moreover, Capcom detailed the new Rampage quest type. In it, “hunters must work with the citizens of Kamura Village to prepare their defensive installations and guard the Stronghold barricades against waves of invading monsters, including any Apex monsters that may arrive during the siege.”

Monster Hunter Rise heads to Switch on 26 March.
