A Way Out will be detailed at The Game Awards before 2019 release

A Way Out will be heavily featured at this year’s Game Awards ahead of a 2019 release, if alleged leaked marketing emails are to be believed.

The emails were shared by Redditor OldSoul2, who claims he’s been receiving EA marketing emails for months now.

In one such email, a marketing timeline states that we’ll hear more on main characters Vincent and Leo on 7 December, the same date as this year’s Game Awards. A co-op storyline reveal is planned for February 2018.

With The Game Awards only days away, only time will tell if the communications are legit.

A Way Out was announced at this year’s E3. It’s an ambitious title — one that supports a fully co-op enabled storyline. It’s in development by Hazelight Studios, the team behind Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons.
