Next Assassin’s Creed “huge” like Skyrim, with male and female protagonists: Report

The next Assassin’s Creed title will be titled Origins rather than Empire, will present a “huge” open world with both a male and female protagonist, a new report suggests.

This comes by way of WWG, which claims that sources at Ubisoft have confirmed we’ll hear more of Origins at this year’s E3.

The title is said to be “a vast open world experience”, set in Egypt and retelling the origins of the Assassins themselves, focusing on two main characters: one man and one woman. Naval combat will also feature in the title, according to sources.

Furthermore, one of the sources has allegedly compared its scale to that of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, calling it “huge”.
