Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered might be offered as a standalone product in June

Activision is preparing to release a standalone version of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered, according to a new report by CharlieIntel.

The site references now-removed listings on game rental service GameFly, which listed the title available from 20 June on PS4 and 20 July on Xbox One.

Currently, Modern Warfare Remastered is only available bundled with select versions of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. Activision has not yet confirmed any details of a standalone release.

We’ll keep you posted. Until then, we reviewed Modern Warfare Remastered here.

Activision Blizzard has recently confirmed Call of Duty: WWII for Xbox One, PS4 and Windows PC. Expect the new title from 3 November.
