Activision reportedly at work on new Ghostbusters game

Retail Merchandiser reports that Activision Blizzard is hard at work on a new Ghostbusters game that will coincide with the new, all-female lead feature film.

The report, tied to an interview with Sony Pictures’ Mark Caplan, says the title will be released on Xbox One and PS4.

It’s unclear if the game will star the new female leads, Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy, Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones, or the original cast of the 1984 film.
