Ronda Rousey remains in EA Sports UFC 3 after WWE defection

Though she’s now a part of the WWE, Ronda Rousey will remain inside EA Sports UFC 3.

EA Sports confirmed Rousey’s participation with GameInformer shortly after the announcement. Rousey shared the cover of EA Sports UFC 2  with Connor McGregor and held the bantamweight belt until November 2015, losing to Holly Holm. Rousey’s last fight was a loss to Amanda Nunes in 2016. Official UFC rankings place Rousey as the ninth-ranked woman’s bantamweight fighter.

While it’s clear Rousey will remain inside EA Sports UFC 3 despite her defection to the WWE, it’s not yet confirmed if she’ll be inserted into WWE 2K18. We’ve asked 2K about the potential roster change.

EA Sports UFC 3 heads to Xbox One and PS4 on 2 February.
