Resident Evil Survival Unit pairs cinematics with Queen Bee track

And I have no idea what to make of it all.

A new Resident Evil Survival Unit cinematic trailer throws everything from the franchise alongside a musical track from Japanese rock band Queen Bee.

“With its hauntingly beautiful vocals by Avu-chan and a sound that blends urgency with mystique, the track vividly portrays the tension between hunter and hunted – perfectly mirroring the game’s world where creatures and characters collide,” said publisher Aniplex.

The trailer has literally everything, from Leon S. Kennedy, Claire Redfield, Jill Valentine, and Carlos Oliviera down to guns, rocket launchers, line launchers, giant reptiles, and several other major villains.

The video, admittedly, isn’t great at detailing what the real-time defense battler mobile game is actually about; if you’re new to it, you might be better off watching a 25-minute deep dive instead.

There’s no specific word yet on when Resident Evil Survival Unit will head to iOS and Android devices, but the title is expected sometime this year. We’ll keep you posted as we learn more.
