Resident Evil Requiem Showcase coming early tomorrow, 16 January

Time to set those alarms!

A special Resident Evil Requiem Showcase will air early tomorrow here in Australia, and will provide more details about Capcom’s upcoming mega-sequel.

The 12-minute showcase will be all about February’s Requiem, which at December’s Game Awards finally revealed Leon S. Kennedy as a playable character. We’re willing to bet a fair amount of the showcase will be around that little tidbit itself.

You can head here to watch the showcase when it airs at 9.00 am AEDT tomorrow, 16 January (check your own timezone here), though we’ll embed the video itself in this very post when available.

Update: A video embed is now available… but has to be viewed directly in YouTube. You can click on the video below to do just that.

Until then, we’ve embedded a teaser, above, to get you through.

What are you hoping to see from tomorrow’s showcase? Or, since 27 February isn’t too far away, are you keeping at arm’s length to remain as spoiler-free as possible? Sound off in the comments section, below.

Expect Resident Evil Requiem from 27 February 2026 on Windows PC, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, PS5, and Switch 2.
