Replaced delayed to 2025

The cyberpunk action platformer needs more time to cook...

The sci-fi, cyberpunk, action platformer Replaced has been delayed into 2025, developer Sad Cat Studios has confirmed.

“Our initial release date was optimistic, and we apologize for that. Developing Replaced is quite a unique challenge, and we’re proud to be creating something that special,” said the studio.

“We need more time to ensure we meet the high standards we’ve set for ourselves and to meet the expectations of our fans.”

The title has been shown off at Summer Game Fest this year, and will also make an appearance at Gamescom in Germany.

Originally planned for this year, we can now expect Replaced in 2025 on Windows PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store alongside Xbox One, Xbox Series, and Xbox Series X. It’ll also be part of Xbox and PC Game Pass.
