[Redacted] is a Callisto Protocol roguelike coming Halloween

[Redacted] is a Callisto Protocol roguelike timed for a Halloween release, Krafton detailed at Gamescom.

[Redacted] takes you deep into Black Iron Prison, a high-techcorrectional facility on Jupiter’s icy moon, Callisto,” Krafton said of the spin-off. “Inmates are infected and mutating, security systems are indiscriminate, and other survivors are trying to escape by any means necessary.

“Though you’re just a modest security guard with one job – make it to the last escape pod alive – you’ll have an arsenal of weapons, suits, skills, experiments, and more to help you get out of Black Iron Prison alive. This game is all about fighting, dying, dying again, dying some more, and adapting, taking the classic roguelike formula and cranking it to eleven.”

If you’re jonesing for more from the Callisto Protocol universe, don’t forget that The Callisto Protocol itself is currently free on Windows PC via the Epic Games Store and remains so until 30 August here in Australia.

Players can expect [Redacted] on Windows PC, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, and PS5 from 31 October.
