Red Dead Redemption, Portal 2 and other Xbox 360 titles will soon be Xbox One X Enhanced, Microsoft has today advised.
The new 360 titles that will support Xbox One X Enhancements are as follows:
- Darksiders
- Gears of War 2
- Portal 2
- Red Dead Redemption
- Star Wars: The Force Unleashed
The above games will run at 9 times the pixel count of their original 360 counterparts, though gamers can choose to play the titles in the new Enhanced mode or as it originally appeared. To do so:
- Press View and Menu buttons on the controller to pull up the Xbox 360 guide
- Navigate to Settings blade
- Select Xbox One X Settings
- Select to optimize for Graphics or Performance
