Red Dead Redemption 2 app heads to iOS, Android now available

Original story:Red Dead Redemption 2 app will be available on iOS and Android at the end of this week.

Available tomorrow alongside the release of Red Dead Redemption 2 on Xbox One and PS4, the mobile companion app will offer “real-time interactive information” as you play.

The app will be able to let you check the game’s map, set waypoints and mark areas of interest. Additionally, players will be able to use the app to check real-time updates on Arthur’s health, stamina and other stats.

The game’s journal will also be offered via the companion app, and will update as you play.

Download links for iOS and Android aren’t available yet, but we’ll update this post when they are.

Red Dead Redemption 2 heads to Xbox One and PS4 on 26 October.
