Rainbow Six: Siege’s closed beta extended

Ubisoft has advised that the closed beta for Rainbow Six: Siege has been extended.

The closed beta will now end on 1 October, which more than likely equates to some time on 2 October for us Aussies.

“We’ve been getting good feedback on the content of the beta, and matchmaking and server stability have already been improved,” Ubisoft advised via Reddit.

“There are still a few issues to work out, of course, and we will continue to do that over the course of the beta.”

Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Siege heads to Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4 from 13 October. Those who buy the game on Xbox One will also receive copies of Rainbow Six: Vegas and Vegas 2 on Xbox 360 for free to take advantage of the console’s newfound backwards compatibility.
