QuakeCon 2019 celebrates 25 years of Doom in July

QuakeCon 2019 will celebrate 25 years of Doom and will, of course, feature the upcoming Doom Eternal, Bethesda has confirmed.

“QuakeCon: Year of Doom will still bring diehard fans the QuakeCon experience they’ve come to love, with the massive BYOC, exclusive panels, and hands-on with games from Bethesda and more,” the publisher advised in a press release. “Of course, fans can also look forward to fun things to do with friends, from parties to Esports tournaments to Master Pancake Theater.”

Taking place over 25-28 July at the Gaylord Texan Resort in Dallas, USA, registration for QuakeCon 2019 will be available from 12.01 am AEST on 11 April. You can head here at that time to register.

“This year, the registration process will be slightly different from years past – BYOC players will not choose a seat when they register. Seat selection will take place at a later date which will be announced soon,” Bethesda advised.
