Project Q is Ubisoft’s new battle arena game

But it's not a battle royale...

Project Q is the codename of a new battle arena title from Ubisoft, though the publisher is insistent it’s not a battle royale game.

“Introducing codename ‘Project Q’, a team battle arena letting players truly own the experience,” Ubisoft said following a leak of the title.

“The game is in early development and we will keep testing,” Ubisoft added, sharing a link for players to register for participation in upcoming tests.

In a follow up message, Ubisoft said that Project Q “is not a battle royale”.

“The game will feature a variety of PvP modes with one single goal in mind: Fun,” Ubisoft concluded.

We’ll keep you informed as we learn more.

Project Q is in development for Windows PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, PS4 and PS5.
