Pokkén Tournament is a new Tekken-style arcade game with Pokemon

The Pokémon Company has teamed with the makers of Tekken to produce Pokkén Tournament, a strange cross (of sorts) between the two franchises.

The fighting game seems to be a Japan-only title, and will release in the region in 2015.

You can take a look at the game’s first look, below:

Pokkén Tournament will be an arcade only title.

Closer to home, Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire will be available in early November on 3DS. In Australia. Without Tekken.
