Pokemon Masters is a new mobile game coming in 2019

Pokemon Masters was today announced by Nintendo and The Pokemon Company.

A title in development on iOS and Android devices, scheduled for release this year, the title leans upon the franchise’s rich history.

Details are rather scarce, but today’s announcement showed off fan-favourite trainers Misty and Brock. Moreover, a turn-based combat system was also featured.

“Get ready for Pokémon Masters, a new game that allows you to battle alongside your favorite Pokémon Trainers from the main series RPGs,” the Pokemon Twitter account posted alongside the announcement.

Nintendo has promised more information on Pokemon Masters next month, likely coinciding with E3 2019. We’ll keep you posted.
