Pokemon Legends Z-A heads to Switch in late 2025

What a name.

Pokemon Legends Z-A is the next title in the historic franchise, heading to the Nintendo Switch in late 2025.

Update: One year after the title’s announcement, we got a new look at the title. The video is below.

Original post: Pokémon Legends Z-A, an ambitious new entry to the Pokémon video game series, will be released simultaneously worldwide on Nintendo Switch in 2025,” Nintendo and The Pokemon Company said as part of a Pokemon Presents livestream that aired overnight. “An exciting new adventure awaits players within Lumiose City, where an urban redevelopment plan is underway to shape the city into a place that belongs to both people and Pokémon.”

If you’re curious to see what to expect next year, a trailer is below alongside the entire Pokemon Presents livestream itself.

Pokemon Legends Z-A is currently planned for a 2025 release on the Nintendo Switch. We’ll report back as more of the title becomes available.
