Pokémon Go: Ohio couple will have their accidental Legendary Pokémon removed

The Ohio couple who have caught the Legendary Pokémon Articuno will soon have it removed.

A Niantic representative has told IGN that Legandary Pokémon should not be available within the game as yet. As such, they will soon be removed from any applicable accounts.

“We recently noticed that a few Legendary Pokémon got into a few accounts when they shouldn’t have,”Niantic said. “To preserve the game’s integrity and as a measure of fairness, we have rectified the situation and revoked the legendary Pokémon from the Trainers’ accounts.”

Real or not, say goodbye to Articuno.
