The PlayStation Now beta gets more (overpriced) games to rent

The PlayStation Now streaming service, currently in a closed beta in North America, has had some more titles added to those you can rent.

New titles include CatherineDarksidersResident Evil: Code VeronicaBen 10: OnmiverseDead Rising 2: Off the Record and Saints Row 2.

Good news, right? Sort of.

Each of the games listed above can be rented and streamed for a small fortune. For any of the games above, $2.99 USD will give you the game for four hours, and $14.99 USD will give you access to the game for 90 days.

Considering most of the titles above are quite old and could be purchased in physical form for less than $14.99 USD, we wouldn’t be using the service ourselves.

What do you think of PlayStation Now’s pricing?

The service is soon to go into an open beta in North America. Australians shouldn’t hold their breath.
