Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare added to EA Access; backwards compatible on Xbox One

EA has today added the original Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare to EA Access, making it the first Xbox 360 title in the service as well as one of the publisher’s first Xbox One backwards compatible offerings.

Xbox One’s EA Access service now offers a total of 16 games via its Vault. Subscribers gain instant access to those games.

Those who own a digital copy of Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare will be able to access the title on Xbox One without an EA Access subscription. Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare joins Mass Effect as current backwards compatible offerings.

Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 was recently released on Xbox One. We reviewed it here.
