Payday: The Heist is a steal in October

Overkill today announced that Payday: The Heist will be available to be downloaded for free come 18 October.

That date just happens to mark the Payday franchise’s third anniversary.

Overkill wants 1.5 million community members on their official Steam page by 18 October to help ring in the event. If they can make that number, they’ll hand out in-game rewards for Payday 2.

You scratch their back, they scratch yours. Simple, eh?
