PAX AUS 2021 physical event confirmed by organisers

Alongside ticketing and refund information.

A PAX AUS 2021 physical event is currently scheduled for the start of October 2021, organiser ReedPOP today confirmed.

“Over the past 12 months we’ve all been challenged from very direction. At PAX AUS HQ we tasked ourselves to think differently about how to best connect this amazing community of gaming fans. We’ve focused on delivering meaningful virtual content such as PAX Online and PAX Presents and our brand-new PAX Australia Discord channel,” an update begins. “Now, we are very excited to announce that PAX Australia will be back in 2021 as a live event, just as you remember it.”

Stressing that “the safety of all of our PAX AUS community is our absolute priority and comes first before all else,” ReedPOP advised it will “take the necessary precautions for public health and follow national and local health guidelines that are in place at the time of our event, 8-10 October [2021]”.

At present, the amount of tickets that will be put up for sale “reflect the current capacity restrictions of Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre”, though organisers are hopeful that further tickets will be available as restrictions ease.

Moreover, the organiser has promised to refund ticket purchases impacted by COVID-19 border closures or quarantine restrictions.

Tickets aren’t on sale just yet, but we’ll let you know when that changes.

At the moment, PAX AUS 2021 is scheduled for 8-10 October 2021 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. Are you planning on buying tickets now?
