Paranomal Activity Threshold coming from Mortuary Assistant dev

And it looks spooky!

Paranormal Activity Threshold is the newest title from The Mortuary Assistant‘s Brian Clarke, and today has shown off its stuff in its first gameplay teaser.

Clarke is teaming up with publisher DreadXP for the licensed tie-in, which “aims to deliver a uniquely chilling experience, faithful to the franchise’s legacy of found footage fear,” according to the pair.

The gameplay teaser, below, seems pretty spot on to the franchise’s many films.

“Brian Clarke’s The Mortuary Assistant was a breakout horror phenomenon upon its release in 2022, amassing millions of plays and a dedicated fanbase for its unnerving atmosphere and innovative scares,” DreadXP continued. “Clarke brings his signature approach to fear and immersion with the Paranormal Activity game, promising to expand on the franchise’s infamous found footage style horror in new and nightmarish ways.”

Right now, you can wishlist the game on Steam, though “more details about the game, including the official release title, platforms, and launch timing, will be revealed in the coming months,” according to DreadXP.
