Overwatch (yet again) teases Doomfist

Overwatch is — once again — teasing Doomfist.

This latest tease started with a blog post and associated tweet — the latter can be seen below:

The blog post details Akande Ogundimu, better known as Doomfist — and explains a lack of weapon on the Numbani map’s payload.

“After escaping from the facility, Helix lost track of Ogundimu until he resurfaced in Numbani, where he clashed with the newly introduced OR15 defense robots at the Adawe International Terminal, easily destroying them and reclaiming the Doomfist,” the blog details.

Interestingly, the post is no longer available on Overwatch‘s US-facing site, though the UK version is still available.

We’ll have more on Doomfist as it becomes available — and hopefully we’ll be able to report that Terry Crews is voicing the role.

Overwatch is available now on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4.
