Overwatch Winter Wonderland 2018 kicks off next week

Overwatch Winter Wonderland 2018 will commence next week, Blizzard has confirmed.

Fans can enjoy the upcoming seasonal even between 12 December 2018 and 3 January 2019, though it’s unclear what new goodies will be added to the mix as yet (apart from skins and other loot box items, that is). We do know that the game’s Blizzard World map looks to be getting a hinterland makeover thanks to a tease on Twitter:

Previous Winter Wonderland events have included Mei’s Snowball Offensive and Winston’s Yeti Hunter, so at the very least you’ll have another shot at bagging those seasonal Achievements or Trophies.

Overwatch is currently available on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4.
