Overwatch players have lost progression, skins on PS4

Blizzard has advised it’s investigating an issue in Overwatch on PS4 that’s caused players to lose progression, skins and rankings.

While the publisher resolved the problem causing the issue last week, lost content hasn’t been restored.

“The root cause, the initial problem that started this, has indeed been resolved,” said Blizzard’s Xulkayci on its EU forums.

“No new players have been effected by it, the post continued. “Players that did lose progress, that is what’s still being looked into by the Developers, and as of right now there’s no new update to offer, sadly.”
