Overwatch: No, Doomfist isn’t in the latest console update

While Overwatch‘s update 2.15 patch brings bug fixes to Xbox One and PS4, it sadly does not add hero Doomfist to the mix.

Here’s what the patch brings to the popular team-based shooter:

General bug fixes

  • Fixed a bug that caused some players to lose audio during the match
  • Fixed a bug causing the vacuum-of-space sound effects from the Horizon Lunar Colony menu screen to persist even after selecting a new menu area

Hero bug fixes

  • Fixed a bug that prevented Pharah’s “I am the rocket queen” voice line from playing correctly
  • Fixed a bug that allowed Orisa’s ultimate to charge while her Supercharger was deployed

Doomfist is currently being tested on the PC version’s PTR.

Overwatch is available now on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4. A special Summer Games event is expected soon, as is the full-fledged release of Doomfist.
