Outlast Trials is a co-op outing set in the Cold War

The Outlast Trials, the co-op Outlast experience first confirmed by developer Red Barrels in December 2019, was further detailed during today’s PC Gaming Show.

You can get a taste for the horrific title in a trailer, below.

“We are proud to reveal the title and the first image of the game to our great community and fans,” Red Barrels said of the game back in December. “Our team is hard at work creating a new experience that will bring fear and anxiety to millions of players, whether they go through the experiments alone or with friends.”

We’re not sure exactly what to expect in terms of gameplay from Outlast Trials, but it’s certainly caught our attention.

The Outlast Trials is expected in 2021; we’ll keep you informed as we learn more.
