Original Xbox Duke controller soon available on Xbox One

We’re one step closer to having an original Xbox Duke controller on Xbox One.

Original Xbox designer Seamus Blackley is currently working for peripheral company Hyperkin, building a replica of the 17-year-old controller.

Recently, the new Duke has celebrated a major milestone, having its final prototype approved by Microsoft.

The next step involves tooling to create a plastic mold. We’ll keep you up to date as the new Duke readies itself for purchase.

Interestingly enough, Blackley has also shown off other Duke prototype designs, all with weird and wacky shapes.
