More original Xbox games to be backwards compatible on Xbox One

A heap of original Xbox games will soon be backwards compatible on Xbox One.

An extensive list of titles was today confirmed by the folks at Microsoft’s Inside Xbox.

Here’s what to expect and when:

  • The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind
  • Hunter: The Reckoning
  • Jade Empire
  • Panzer Dragoon Orta
  • SSX 3

April 26

  • Destroy All Humans
  • Full Spectrum Warrior
  • Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction
  • MX Unleashed
  • Panzer Elite Action: Fields of Glory (Europe only)
  • Star Wars: Battlefront
  • Star Wars: Battlefront II
  • Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy
  • Star Wars: Jedi Starfighter
  • Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords
  • Star Wars Republic Commando

No Buffy the Vampire Slayer makes this writer sad… but the list of titles above is still pretty exciting nonetheless.

It’s already been confirmed that Morrowind will offer 4K compatibility.
