Nintendo’s second mobile game will include well-known IP

Nintendo’s Tatsumi Kimishima used a financial results meeting (via Bloomberg) to tease a bit of the publisher’s next — and ultimately, second — mobile game.

The title, made in partnership with DeNA, will feature IP that’s well-known.

“Our second game will not be a communication app,” Kimishima said. “We are going to pick some intellectual property that is very well known to everyone. There are plans for new businesses in the works.”

We’ll report back as we learn more.
