Nintendo’s Miyamoto confirms Pikmin 4 is “very close to completion”

Nintendo’s Shigeru Miyamoto has confirmed with Eurogamer that Pikmin 4 is not only in development, but “very close to completion”.

The news comes from an interview conducted in July, but withheld until now. In a new, separate statement to Eurogamer, Nintendo added “that is all we can confirm at present” when discussing the next installment in the Pikmin franchise.
